LookupThis provides free tools for looking up publicly available DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, SSL certificate, and email authentication data. All data is queried from public infrastructure in real time. We are an information tool, not a data broker.
You may use LookupThis for any lawful purpose. You may not use automated scripts or bots to make bulk queries that degrade the service for other users. Normal programmatic use (e.g. checking your own domain's records from a script) is fine. Abusive patterns (thousands of queries per minute, scraping all results) are not.
LookupThis queries public data sources in real time and presents the results as-is. We add plain-English explanations to help you understand the data, but these are informational — not professional advice. DNS, WHOIS, and SSL data can change at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any results.
LookupThis is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on lookup results. If you need authoritative DNS, registration, or certificate data, consult the relevant registry or certificate authority directly.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. External dependencies (DNS resolvers, RDAP registries, target servers) may be unavailable, slow, or return errors outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
